In the "IT Data Management, Data Mining and Telematics" (IT-D) department, two permanent positions are available at the earliest possible date**** as
Software developer (m/f/d)
in the field of data analysis / big data
preferably full-time.
Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for project planning, requirements analysis, design and implementation of service applications in the area of data warehouse (DWH), which will complement the existing information systems
- You take up requirements from the specialist departments, develop solution proposals and are responsible for the timely implementation of this solution
- You develop scientific standards in the field of data mining for KV Hamburg
- You develop AI models for decision support
- You will further design and develop our DWH and Business Intelligence (BI) landscape, in cooperation with the business departments and taking into account the processes to be automated and data protection
- You advise users and specialist departments on data warehousing and reporting
- Metadata management, modeling and analysis of large amounts of data are also part of your area of responsibility
Your Competencies
- You have a university degree (Master's or Diploma) in computer science, applied computer science, engineering with a clear reference to computer science or a comparable qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
- You have experience in the development and operation of data warehouses, data warehousing and business intelligence/analytics (ETL, OLAP, reporting) based on the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerBI)
- You have good knowledge and experience in the development frameworks .Net/C#/Python or similar OOP
- In addition, you have good knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases
- Experience in software development (focus on decision-support systems, DWH and/or BI applications) as well as agile process methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) with JIRA and Confluence are very advantageous
- Experience in the field of machine learning is an advantage
- You are characterized by a friendly and balanced nature even in stressful situations
- The ability to work in a team and a high level of self-management and organizational skills round off your profile
