With the further development of our IP systems, we are driving digitalization and are looking for you at our Munich office as
Java Software Engineer (f/m/div)
to expand our team in the field of "DPMApatente/gebrauchsmuster und Querschnittsdienste".
Tasks
- Development of complex business applications
- Ensuring high software quality
- Supporting operations as part of 3rd level support
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- A university degree with a master's degree or diploma (Univ.)
- in the field of computer science or
- another computer science-related degree program, in each case in conjunction with two and a half years of relevant full-time employment following graduation (further options can be found here ( https://www.dpma.de/dpma/karriere/it-technik_im_dpma/laufbahnvoraussetzungen_hoeherer_dienst/index.html ) )
- German citizenship or citizenship of another member state of the European Union (further options can be found here ( https://www.dpma.de/dpma/karriere/it-technik_im_dpma/staatsangehoerigkeit/index.html ) )
- very good knowledge of the official language German, corresponding to at least level C 1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
- Extensive practical experience in the development of business applications based on Java
- methodical knowledge and practical experience in modeling software solutions
- practical experience in the application of QA methods and tools
- Good knowledge of relational database systems and OR mapping tools
- practical experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- ideally experience in the following standards or technologies: Jakarta EE/Spring, Gradle, OpenAPI, Vue/React
