Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, and handling executive support tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring effective communication between executives and other team members. This position is on-site, located in Cairo.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in social media marketing and Google AdWords campaigns.
