Your Mission
As a Technical Project Manager (m|f|d), you will play a key role in the development of groundbreaking products. You will take charge of interdisciplinary teams, bringing structure, efficiency, and an innovative mindset to our projects.
Your Responsibilities
- You will orchestrate the entire development process – from idea to market launch.
- As the interface between product design, development, and production, you will keep everything on track.
- You will optimize processes, analyze technological trends, and ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and with a clear focus.
- With your technical understanding, you will facilitate seamless collaboration between engineering teams and product management.
- You will monitor timelines, resources, and KPIs to ensure long-term success.
- Complex topics? No problem! You will prepare technical specifications and presentations in a clear and structured way.
What You Should Bring
- A completed technical degree or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in project management with a focus on product development.
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and digital project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com).
- Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Ideally, knowledge of hardware and software development, as well as experience with prototyping and testing.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
