About Us: Join the innovative IT Department at Mercedes-Benz Mobility, where we drive digital transformation and excellence in mobility solutions. Our Digital Contracting Team is responsible for all aspects of digitally creating and managing contracts, including document generation, eSignature, eKYC, OCR, and archiving. We are looking for a motivated working student to support our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Supplier Management: Assist in the management and tracking of budgets and supplier relationships
- BANF, PO, Invoices: Support the creation and processing of purchase requisitions (BANF), purchase orders (PO), and invoices
- SAP Tracking and Reporting: Track costs in SAP and generating reports
- Alignment with Controlling: Collaborate with the Controlling team to ensure financial alignment and accuracy
- Contracts Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts
- DPoBs (Data Processing on Behalf): Support the documentation and processing of Data Processing on Behalf agreements
- Internal SAs Preparation: Help in the preparation and creation of internal Service Agreements (SAs)
- DLM (Digital Lending Model) Schedule Preparation: Assist in the preparation of Digital Lending Model schedules
Qualifikationen
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or related fields)
- Basic understanding of budgeting, financial processes, and supplier management
- Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
