As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d), you will work closely with our experienced founders to develop an innovative software solution for Ecco Collection. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing our software solution, collaborating on high-impact projects that directly contribute to our growth. Your responsibilities will range from implementing complex software features to improving IT workflows and driving strategic technical decisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to apply and expand their expertise while making a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Support: Lead and contribute to critical IT projects, providing valuable analysis and contributing to key decision.
- Project Ownership: Own and drive software development initiatives to evolve our software.
- Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with the founders, IT partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-level technical project execution.
- IT Process Improvement: Continuously improve IT workflows and infrastructure and contribute to the efficiency of the overall tech infrastructure.
Your Profile:
- Your Qualifications: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in software development in the field of computer science, software engineering, or related.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in API integrations & software development, infrastructure setup & cloud solutions as well as development tools and frameworks (i.a. Typescript, React, Node, Nest, MongoDB, AWS Cloud).
- Problem-Solving Abilities: You are a creative thinker, capable of analyzing complex problems and coming up with efficient solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and are eager to work with both internal teams and external IT professionals.
- Communication Skills: You are a confident communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and German.

Location: Hybrid / Co-Working with a preference for candidates based in Munich

Compensation: 50k-80k€ depending on your qualifications plus attractive equity participation program
