We are looking for an HR Generalist for a leading FMCG Business with a Global presence, In this position, you will be part of the HR team that assumes complete responsibility for Activities for their European operation. Your regular duties will include:
・ Develop and implement human resource policies for the company’s employees.
・ Create and implement effective onboarding plans
・ Develop training and development programs
・ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
・ Provide counselling on policies and procedures
・ Provides accurate and constructive quality assessments of the company’s employees.
・ Ensures that the company complied with all the laws and regulations set by the government.
・ Maintains organized records and files of all the company’s employees.
・ Helps the operations manager in motivating and supporting the staff.
・ Examines key business measures for regulatory compliance and digital marketing roles of businesses and analyses the effectiveness of companies and business profitability.
・ Implements worker training and dismissal in compliance with business rules.
・ Organizing team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong working relationships and camaraderie among employees.
・ Promoting the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
・ Must have exemplary communication skills in both verbal and written and exhibits strong interpersonal skills.
・ Has the patience and ability to manage employees with different personalities.
・ Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
・ Must have deep knowledge of the HR management operating system and the guidelines of recruiting.
・ Must have exemplary Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
・ Can work well independently and in a team setting, has the capability to multitask.
Qualifications:
・ Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or any related study.
・ Must have at least four (4) years working experience
・ Must be a Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
・ The ideal Candidate will be comfortable setting up HR Processes and being hands on managing the division.
