Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including information flow, progress tracking, and reporting on issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
- Assist with the handover process, ensuring all documentation is completed and expectations are met.
- Serve as a visible leader on-site, assessing project progress and ensuring safe work practices.
- Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities, schedules, and engagement.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to refine and improve procedures.
- Lead and attend key project meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing problems, and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Review proposed variations and delays to ensure project continuity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or project management disciplines.
- A degree or relevant experience in a related field is required.
- A project management professional certification is preferred, or willingness to pursue one (support will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
