Tasks
- Design and implementation of frontend components (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Vite, SCSS)
- Contribution to the implementation of automated JavaScript-based tests
- Integration of frontend components with backend systems
- Error analysis and continuous improvement of existing systems
- Testing and debugging of frontend components
- Continuous improvement of usability, accessibility, and performance of web applications
Requirements
- Several years of experience writing modern JavaScript & TypeScript
- Familiarity with Vue.js or React (we use Vue.js)
- Hands-on experience with Vite as a modern frontend build tool
- Experience working with state management libraries such as Pinia or Vuex
- Deep understanding of CSS — using utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS is second nature
- Comfortable writing unit tests for the components you implement (TDD is a strong plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude in suggesting solutions and improvements
- Good communication skills, fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the entire software development lifecycle: research, design, development, and implementation
- Experience working with Tailwind
- Fluency in German
