As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the HR functions of two of our subsidiaries in Germany (100 people). Your role will be to develop and implement HR policies in line with business objectives, foster a positive working environment and act as a bridge between employees and management. You will work closely with the management of each subsidiary to ensure consistent HR practices that support growth and are aligned with the wider objectives of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design and promote a unified employer brand across all entities within the group, emphasizing the group’s values, culture, and employee experience.
o Own the full recruitment lifecycle by proactively sourcing and approaching top candidates, conducting rigorous selection and interviews, and making decisive hiring choices
o Training and Development Management: Identify training needs, design and implement skill development programs for employees.
o Create and implement company HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
o Support leaders through performance management and improvement coaching to help improve employee performance.
o Address HR-related issues and conflicts professionally and confidentially, seeking fair and effective solutions.
o Ensure liaison with the headquarters, communicating HR department needs, challenges, and progress.
Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Solid HR background with a focus on talent management and recruitment
o Experience in promoting employer branding and creating strategies to attract top talent.
o Skilled in supporting employees through organizational change and growth.
o Able to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong verbal and written skills in both German and English for effective communication across teams.
