Responsibilities

Evolves brand identity characteristics
Establishes Customer survey methodology for user experience
Develops input control strategies
Develop user feedback landscapes
Identifies all deviations of European customer requirements and expectations
Coordinates adequate integration of European requirements in digital Eco system with CN Intelligent cockpit team
Build and develop the team
Ensure and take responsibility of the results of the entire team
Develop timing, resource and budget allocation for multiproject situations
Develop any required infrastructure and methodology for a continous performance and efficiency improvement of the team

Requirements

Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology
Minimum of 10 years professional experience
Fluent written and spoken English (report language)
Willingness to travel
