We are looking for a head of HR who will play a critical role in scaling our team to meet the demands of rapid expansion and shaping our company culture. At Codesphere, we create the new deployment category that outperforms current hyperscalers in software time-to-market, compute efficiency, and attack surface. Last year, we raised our Series A funding and are aiming for double digit growth in the next period, and for that, we need you!
What you'll do
In this role, you'll spend half of your time focusing on building a strong talent pipeline, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent. The other half will involve strengthening our HR processes, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational development to ensure Codesphere continues to be a great place to work.
You will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with company goals and oversee key functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations. This role is based in our either Karlsruhe or Munich, where we both have offices, and with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, with the ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Deep understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience designing and implementing HR policies and processes at a growing company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus)
