We are collaborating with a leading BPO company is seeking to recruit a German Payroll Specialist to join their team Essen, Germany.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Administer employee information, track attendance, monitor absences, and maintain leave records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
- Provide employees with support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Issue necessary certificates and documentation.
- Execute routine administrative duties
- Collaborate closely with employees and management.
Requirements
- Professionally fluent in German, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
- Prior experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is advantageous.
- At least one year of experience in German payroll and labor law.
- Skilled in utilizing standard software and productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site.
- High attention to detail.
