To keep up with our growth, we're looking for a passionate financial analyst.
Job Description:
- Process vendor invoice, create and maintain receivables aging summary along with remainder emails are regular intervals
- Maintenance of ongoing budget and reconciling with bank data and other relevant sources
- Point of contact for accounting team and tax teams
- Timely and accurate payroll and commission processing
- Identify omissions and errors in the data preparation and create steps to rectify
- Conduct internal audits and verifications
- Preparation of reports and managing financial data and ensure accurate financial records
- Liquidity analysis
- Manage accounting team and ensure accurate financial records
- Preparation of company, market and competitive analyses
- Segregation of incoming documents
Your profile for an ideal start:
- 1-3 years experience in core finance and accounting field
- Fluent in English; (good German skill is a bonus)
- Knowledge about US GAAP and HGB
- Excellent excel skills and QBO proficiency
- Good expertise with consolidation, reconciliation and financial planning
- Ownership and accountability of tasks
- Willingness to contribute and collaborate in a fast growing dynamic environment
- Teamplayer, flexible, proactive, positive attitude towards new challenges
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Readiness to start immediately
- Readiness to relocate to company location
