Your mission

As a part of our innovative software team, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions for our advanced LiDAR sensors. From microcontroller firmware to cloud integration, your work will span the full range of software development, allowing you to make a tangible impact.

After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will take ownership of your projects, designing, implementing, and testing on-device software with a high level of autonomy. We will tailor your specific area of focus based on your personal strengths and interests, aligning with our most exciting challenges. Whether it's algorithm development, embedded systems, or high-level applications, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of sensor technology.

Your tasks

Work on core software modules involving algorithm development, embedded systems, and high-level applications.
After a thorough onboarding, you'll independently design, implement, integrate, and test on-device software.
Stay ahead of technology, research, and contribute state-of-the-art software in an agile and efficient development workflow
Regular exchange with our business units to understand the customer and market needs

Your profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You bring solid experience with object-oriented programming languages, ideally Python, C++, or TypeScript.
You are familiar with object-oriented software design and comfortable working in complex development environments.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Python asyncio, Rust, Linux, Git, Protobuf, gRPC, CMake, CI/CD tools, Yocto, Docker.
You have a passion for developing innovative software solutions and enjoy contributing creative ideas to drive progress.
Good English skills round off your profile and enable you to collaborate with our international team effortlessly.
