Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget, in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and local communities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to support project deliverables.
Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial forecasts.
Prepare regular progress reports, financial statements, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience 5+ in project management, specifically within the energy sector (renewable and/or conventional energy projects).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage relationships across diverse stakeholders.
